My journey at the Tunbridge Wells Grooming Centre began back in 2003 during my school days when I embarked on a work experience program. It was during this time that I first discovered my deep affection for dogs and the world of pet grooming.

My passion for animals led me to pursue further education in animal care at Hadlow College. As I delved deeper into the subject, my love for dogs continued to grow. This newfound enthusiasm prompted me to return to the Grooming Centre in 2005, where I began my training journey towards achieving an advanced level 3 City and Guilds qualification.

Since then, I've remained a dedicated member of the Tunbridge Wells Grooming Centre family, working tirelessly to provide top-notch grooming services to our furry clients. My commitment to excellence was further demonstrated as I embarked on the path towards obtaining a higher grooming diploma, a journey that I temporarily paused to focus on raising my young family.

As my children head back to school, I'm eager to resume my quest alongside my colleagues, Sally and Karen.

My commitment to professional growth doesn't stop there. I've also embarked on my journey towards attaining the ICMG (International Certified Master Groomer) qualification, already achieving the CAPG (Certificate Advanced Professional Groomer) milestone.

I'm excited about the future and the continued opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills in the grooming industry. Every day at the Grooming Centre is a chance to do what I love, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me."

My journey at the Tunbridge Wells Grooming Centre began in 2007, marking the start of my fulfilling career in pet grooming. At the age of 18, I had the privilege of being trained by our very own grooming experts, Sally and Amanda.

Under Sally and Amanda expert tutelage, I dedicated myself to mastering the art of grooming, eventually achieving the coveted advanced City and Guilds grooming diploma. This milestone not only showcased my skills but also solidified my commitment to providing top-quality grooming services to our beloved canine clients.

My pursuit of excellence doesn't end there. I've recently embarked on the path towards obtaining my higher grooming diploma. This pursuit not only allows me to enhance my grooming expertise but also brings me closer to the prestigious title of 'Guilds of Master Groomer.'

I'm deeply committed to continuous professional growth, and my determination doesn't stop at the national level. I've set my sights on the global stage by embarking on the journey to attain the ICMG (International Certified Master Groomer) qualification. I'm proud to share that I've already achieved the CAPG (Certificate Advanced Professional Groomer) milestone, marking a significant step towards my international grooming goals.

My journey in the world of dog grooming began in 1997 when I joined a grooming center. It was there that I received my initial training, and under the guidance of the owner at the time, I honed my skills and eventually achieved an advanced City and Guilds Level 3 qualification, setting a strong foundation for my career.

In the year 2000, I took a significant leap by becoming the proud owner of Tunbridge Wells Grooming Centre. As the owner, I've had the privilege of nurturing talent within my team. I welcomed Amanda and Karen to the salon and had the pleasure of personally training them to successfully complete their Level 3 grooming qualifications.

I'm not just passionate about grooming; I'm also an award-winning dog groomer who actively competes in dog grooming competitions. My commitment to excellence has earned me the prestigious LCGI (Licentiate of City & Guilds Institute) designation. What's even more special is that I'm among the elite 1 in 18 dog groomers in the UK who hold the coveted 'Master of Guilds' Level 4 Higher Grooming Diploma. I'm currently just one exam away from achieving my ICMG (International Certified Master Groomer) certification, a testament to my ongoing dedication to mastering this craft.

But beyond the accolades, what truly makes each day special for me is the exceptional team I have the pleasure of working with in the salon. Their passion, dedication, and shared commitment to excellence have played a significant role in our success.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have discovered a career that I not only excel in but also genuinely adore.
